From the creation hymn, the narrator said in the first paragraph that, “There was neither non-existence nor existence then; there was neither the realm of space nor the sky which is beyond. What stirred? Where? In whose protection? Was there water, botomlessly deep?” This paragraph and the subsequent paragraphs shows that the narrator is a 3rd person narrator, in that the narrator did not directly witness the the creation story but rather reports it as he/she heard it.

In the beginning, It looked like the narrator was certain about how the universe was created. Then again, I  think the narrator was either confused or had a little knowlege as I do because in the seventh verse, he concludes that he has no knowlegde how creation came into existence and even God may not know.
